December 2012 Update
Leave a CommentOn December 14, 2012 the hearing of the Class Action Appeal of the Sundance Saloon Ltd., as Representative Plaintiff/Appellant against the Government of Newfoundland and Labrador Liquor Corporation concluded after two and one-half days of hearings. The matter was heard by Chief Justice Green, Justice Welsh, and Justice Rowe. As expected, the panel reserved on its decision. We would expect the decision of the Court of Appeal will be handed down within the next four (4) to six (6) months.
